Find trusted exhibition stand builders in the UK
Tell us your show, stand size and budget, and we will introduce you to a small shortlist of vetted exhibition stand builders who suit your brief. It costs you nothing: the builder you choose pays us, and our fee is the same whichever builder that is.
How it works
First, tell us about your show: which event, how big your stand is, roughly what you want to spend and when you need it. Next, we match your brief to a few stand builders who are right for that size, budget and venue, and introduce you. You meet them, compare designs and quotes, and choose the one you like. You contract with the builder directly, with no obligation to go ahead.

Inside knowledge of the industry
We've spent years on the stand builder's side of the table, selling stands, working through designs and seeing projects through to opening day. That means we know which exhibition stand builders are good at what, and what your stand should really cost. Got a show coming up? Check our exhibition calendar for when to start talking to builders.

Questions exhibitors ask
Is it really free for exhibitors?
Yes. You never pay Stand Between anything. There is no sign-up fee, no charge for introductions and no obligation to go ahead with any builder we introduce.
So who pays you?
The stand builder you choose pays us a commission once you place your order with them. We tell every exhibitor this up front. Our fee is the same whichever builder you pick, so we have no reason to push you towards one over another.
Do you build exhibition stands?
No. We are introducers, not a stand builder or an agency. You deal with the builder directly: they design and build your stand, and your contract and payments are with them.
How many builders will you introduce me to?
A small shortlist of builders who suit your stand size, budget and show, usually two or three. That is enough to compare designs and prices without spending weeks briefing companies that were never a good fit.
When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. For a custom stand at a UK show, aim to brief a builder about six months before it opens, and about eight months before a European show. Our exhibition calendar shows the suggested date for each show.
Do you cover European shows?
Yes. Our calendar lists major European trade shows as well as UK ones. Tell us which show you are exhibiting at and we will let you know which of our builders can work there.
What do you need from me?
The show you are exhibiting at, roughly how big your stand space is, a budget range and anything you already know you want on the stand. A rough idea is fine to start with.
